Pavilion hire
The Pavilion can be hired for private parties and events all year round.
Our bright modern Pavilion, in a beautiful setting has a spacious hall that can accommodate up to 80 people seated. It has a fully equipped kitchen and licenced bar, audio visual equipment, disabled toilets and baby changing unit.
Within the modern Pavilion we can accommodate a variety of functions from small groups to larger parties. Or for larger gatherings, our 4 acre enclosed grass field offers the perfect space for outdoor events and marquees. Our modern pavilion and superb outdoor space offer stunning opportunities for your function.
On-site parking is available for up to 15 cars on hard standing with overflow space for larger events.
Free Wi-Fi is now offered to all venue hire bookings.

Pavilion hire fees 2024
Hourly rates up to maximum of 6 hours
Stedham residents: £15/hour plus £50 security deposit
Non-Stedham residents: £20/hour plus £50 security deposit
Business hire: POA
Whole day rate (between 6 and 13 hours hire)
Stedham residents £150/day plus £50 security deposit
Non-Stedham residents £200/day plus £50 security deposit
Business hire: POA
Multi-day rate (maximum 3 days)
Stedham residents £600 plus £250 security deposit
Non-Stedham residents £800 plus £250 security deposit
Business hire: POA
Sports field hire
Our 4 acre sports field is used regularly by Stedham sports clubs but is available for hire on many days throughout the year.
It can be used for sporting events (Stedham School hold their annual sports day here) or for a social event where outdoor space is required.
